It is essential for women to remember that their voice matters. According to studies, women are generally more inclined to experience impostor syndrome, and are often presented with fewer opportunities in promotions and pay raises. In fact, the gender pay gap issue has been raised multiple times throughout the years, but it has yet to be resolved.
