Class Description:
Anybody who has had a job, has at some point, experienced work-related stress. Stresses at work are inevitable. You can’t always avoid the tensions that occur on the job, and these tensions can take a toll on one’s productivity.
The good news is that work-related stress can be managed by a healthy work-life balance.
When one works towards understanding the concept of work-life balance, as well as knowing the causes of and the ways to improve poor work-life balance, his well-being will not only improve, he will be able to handle his life better and consequently, deal with the stresses at work better too.
