*This class is a part of the ReSkills Career Booster Campaign.*
Learning Outcome:
At the end of this session, you will be able to:
1. Differentiate the relationships between Project Governance and PMO
2. Recognize the different types of PMO and the services they provide
3. Identify good Project Governance to improve governance by using competencies
Project Governance provides direction and defines decision-making procedures and matrices for validating impacts to a project. It is also enables the project team to deliver on requirements and create a forum for issue resolution to occur in a timely manner and act as the knowledge broker for learning from projects and coordinate training staff development for projects. Without a PMO, the project manager will need to ensure that the necessary support services are in place for the particular project.
I'd like to invite you to participate this OnLIVE Class to gain some valuable insights that will result in the competency level that you desire.
