Problem Solving - An Essential 21st Century Skill

Learning Outcome:
At the end of this session, you will be able to:
1. Feel that problems are part of life to create possibilities for betterment and problem solving can be an acquired soft skill.
2. Identify, evaluate and analyze the problems and strategize the invisible opportunities through brainstorming to turn problems into possibilities.
3. Talk effectively about the possible resolutions of the problem as a team player without suppressing the facts while realizing that a key to problem-solving is good communication.

The course would have the prime focus on problems to be embraced as guidelines and not as stop signs. In a structured way, the course would impress that most of the problems in life are because of two reasons - we act without thinking or we keep thinking without acting. my focus would be to identify problems and give the power and energy to solutions. The whole course shall focus on the best way to escape problems is to solve them. a simple fact shall be highlighted that a lot of problems in our life would disappear if we talk to each other instead of about each other. Creativity can solve almost any problem.
