Class Description:
Mental health encompasses our social, emotional, and psychological well-being. Our mental health condition impacts how we feel, think and behave every single day, and it contributes to our decision making process, how we cope with stress and how we relate to others in our lives.

Needless to say, minding our mental fitness is very important if we want to lead a balanced and healthy life. Taking the steps to build mental fitness enhances our ability to cope with stress and helps improve our productivity. It also does wonders for our physical health, relationships, and overall happiness.

One of the best ways to act on something is to understand its importance. Knowing why minding mental fitness is as important as life itself will not only help us have the right perspective.
