It is always a challenge to manage different personalities in a team. This OnLIVE Class is about increasing personal effectiveness as a leader in responding to different life triggers, both at work and in your personal life. It is not about studying different leadership styles and assessing what can be done; it aims to touch the heart, so that the mind can easily follow by demonstrating compassion arising from a connected sense of purpose to organisational values that can resonate with one's personal values.
