The business world has settled into a “new normal” after the initial years of the COVID-19 pandemic. Companies are evaluating how to manage in-person, remote, and hybrid workforces. During the initial pandemic lockdowns, a vast majority of employees were sent home and asked to work remotely in very short notice. Following our current era, building a hybrid working environment requires allowing technology to serve employees where and when they want to work, and consolidate communications and other tools to become more efficient and productive.

 In this session, we will discuss what is the business landscape and hybrid working environment, why we need hybrid working platforms, and which environment decides which platform to use.
