At the end of this session, you will learn about:

3. Patterns of breathing
All of us know how to breathe from the moment we are born; but, are you breathing correctly? With our busy everyday lives, learning simple methods to destress and stay calm can help improve our quality of life. One of these methods is the proper way of breathing.
Breathing correctly can help us:
- Improve health
- Feel calm and relaxed
- Focus better
- Get better sleep quality
